We provide a clean, modern and comfortable waiting room.
We treat all patients with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
We will endeavour to keep waiting times to a minimum but delays are sometimes inevitable especially when treating emergencies.
We welcome comments and suggestions from our patients and if you are unhappy with the service we provide, please contact the Senior Receptionist or Practice Manager and we will try to resolve the matter here. Alternatively, contact NHS England at PO Box 16738, Redditch B97 9PT or tel: 0300 311 22 33 or email:

We expect the out-of-hours service to be used sensibly and for emergencies only.
We expect you to keep any appointment you make or cancel/change to free up valuable GP time.
If a situation arises that a patient is actually abusive or threatening physical violence or verbal abuse to a member of staff or a GP, they may be immediately removed from our practice and alternative GP arrangements made for them.
